Katrina Spears Babcock, DO, is a board-certified physician at Rehab Wellness in West Hollywood and Thousand Oaks, California, who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation, osteopathic manipulative therapy, electrodiagnostic medicine and sports medicine. She has been in practice for over 20 years.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, Dr. Babcock received her Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. She did an internship at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and a residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Dr. Babcock is affiliated with Sherman Oaks Hospital, Sherman Oaks, California.
Dr. Babcock has Board Certifications in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and in Spinal Injury Medicine. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and the American College and Sports Medicine.
Dr. Babcock diagnoses musculoskeletal problems through physical examinations, in-office radiographic nerve studies and musculoskeletal ultrasound. She uses specific treatments to restore her patient’s highest possible level of physical activity and mobility and to reduce pain. Her primary objective is to assist patients in improving their overall quality of life and well-being.
