What are vitamin shots?

Vitamin shots contain essential micronutrients that Dr. Babcock injects into a muscle. There are multiple vitamins, minerals, and other micronutrients, all of which you need for optimal health. Some of the micronutrients you’re most likely to be lacking include:

Why would I need a vitamin shot?
